Education Coordinator

Jenni White, Education Coordinator

I have been an educator of ages adult down to about 12 years of age for a little over a decade. In fact, I 'retired' from teaching seventh grade (I LOVED IT!) after four years in the classroom to have our first son, Coleman.

My husband David and I have dated or been married for nearly 20 years now and we've been blessed to have stayed together through the loss of a child and my bout with cancer, so I think we're probably stuck with each other by now!

We just married off my 25-year-old daughter from my previous marriage, Bryna, in June, leaving our two boys Coleman aged 7 and Sam aged 4 still at home.

In 2002, before my last cancer surgery (!) we adopted two girls, Barbara aged 12 and Betty aged 7 from Zambia Africa.

Though I loved teaching and hope one day to return to it, I have quite enough to keep me at home right now - plus the added adventure of my volunteer job as political activist!

I have truly enjoyed working with the Leadership and members of the OKC912Project and I hope to be of service for as long as they'll have me.
