The reasons for global governance continue to be brought forth to us on a more regular basis in what appears to be a greater degree of seeking for justification of it to the American people who are generally resistant to it. It will take something extreme and of grave danger to us, or the thought of the possibility of it, to make us agree to such a departure of our independence. That is exactly what is known by those leaders who continue to salivate over the possibilities of increasing their power and control over others. Therefore, to achieve the end goal of global governance they must get everyone to the point of acceptance of it somewhere along the time line ahead.

CRU Emails “may” be open to interpretation, but commented code by the programmer tells the real story You can claim an email you wrote years ago isn’t accurate saying it was “taken out of context”, but a programmer making notes in the code does so that he/she can document what the code is actually doing at that stage, so that anyone who looks at it later can figure out why this function doesn’t plot past 1960. In this case, it is not allowing all of the temperature data to be plotted. Growing season data (summer months when the new tree rings are formed) past 1960 is thrown out because “these will be artificially adjusted to look closer to the real temperatures”, which implies some post processing routine.

Excused Horrors Professor Alan Kors did not say this but the reason why the world's leftists give the world's most horrible murderers a pass is because they sympathize with their socioeconomic goals, which include government ownership and/or control over the means of production. In the U.S., the call is for government control, through regulations, as opposed to ownership. Unfortunately, it matters little whether there is a Democratically or Republican-controlled Congress and White House; the march toward greater government control continues. It just happens at a quicker pace with Democrats in charge.

Reading the Senate bill out loud Republican Sen. Tom Coburn (Okla.) said earlier this week he would force Congress to read the 2,074-page version of the Senate health care bill out loud.
"The American people are going to get to hear this bill read, period," Coburn said Monday.
The move is a procedural tactic designed to delay a vote on the bill, but it's also a public-relations move designed to highlight its length and perceived inscrutability.
On Thursday afternoon, Coburn backed away from the threat, saying he was not sure it would be productive.

From Charlie Meadow’s OCPAC Newsletter: During Oklahoma’s next state legislative session, Randy Brogdon in the Senate (R-Owasso) and Representative Mike Ritze in the House (R-Broken Arrow) will be introducing some very important legislation regarding
an amendment to our state constitution. If their measure passes both chambers of the state legislature (it won‘t require the governor‘s signature) next November, the citizens will be allowed to vote to amend our Constitution to allow businesses and individuals to opt out
of federal health care mandates. Hopefully the constitutional amendment will also allow the state to butt heads with any efforts by the federal government to ENFORCE their health care mandates which clearly violate the U.S. Constitution.
Therefore the obvious challenge is for “we the people” to contact our elected officials as soon as the legislation is ready and tell them that we want this measure passed. Tell them we want to be able to vote on this measure. This issue and others is why I have been saying to get the contact information for your personal state representative and senator handy and ready to use.
I will also make another recommendation. Get to know your elected officials. Call them up and ask to meet with them for lunch. Invite them over for dinner. 25 years ago, when home schooling was not as well accepted as it is today, my brother and sister in law invited our newly elected Democrat state rep over for dinner. It was just a pleasant dinner and a time to get to know one another. Following the dinner, at a pre-arranged time 7 or 8 other home school parents came
over and talked about their commitment and experiences in home schooling. They asked this Democrat to protect their right to home school. This was very effective.
