Sooner Tea Party - Precinct Walks

I know many of us can't walk precincts for many reasons, however, we can:
- post information about the candidates we support on our Facebook pages
- we can send out email to our email lists about the candidates we support - many of those emails get passed on to other like-minded thinkers we don't even know!
- we can call the precinct offices of the candidates we support and ask for phone lists that we can call
- we can call the precinct offices of the candidates we support and ask them for pamphlets or other items to hand out at groups we might be hosting

If you don't see information for your candidate listed here, get on the web and Bing (Google) your candidates name. That will help you find their campaign website. Once you find that, find the CONTACT section. Contact the person listed for that person's campaign and go from there!

Marydith Harris wants to finish walking her precinct tomorrow night, Wednesday night. She lives over near I 40 and County line road, south of Yukon. The precinct doesn't look very large so six to eight teams ought to cover it in one night.
She has the maps and walking lists ready to go, just RSVP and show up and she will put you to work. If you need to come in late, just call me when you get in the area and we will guide you in.

BIlly Jones will be walking precinct #3 and #77 in Norman. Anyone wanting to help in Norman give him a call @ 405-248-6350 He will be walking in the evening 6 pm to 8:30 pm all week.
We will provide Brodgon, RJ Harris, Tea Party, and Laughlin campaign literature. If you have anothe canidate you want to support, bring their info along to hand out.
Call Billy when you get to West Robinson and Flood street and he will guide you into the area and give you your walking list and map.

Todd is walking precincts in Newcastle. Meet him at the Braums at 5 pm or call him when you get into the area if you are coming in late. Call me for his number, 412-6233.
Todd will have plenty of literature and signs to hand out. Bring a clip board if you have one, people seem to relax when you are carrying a clipboard and knock on their door. You drive to the closest address on your list and talk to the people about the upcoming primary. Sometimes you can walk a house or two both ways and deliver several sets, othertimes the houses are a bit apart.

Scott has State Employee work restrictions that he must obey so he can't hand out the regular campaign literature but he can hand out his voter guide and asks others to pitch in. Of course the others aren't restricted, they can hand out anything they wish.
Meet Scott at Mazzio's at 104th & S Western, at 6 pm on Thursday. precinct 140050 is the target, the Moore area I believe.
Brogdon info, Laughlin info, Tea Party info, and a local Judge race literature will be distributed. Brogdon info has already been dropped, but it won't hurt to do it again. R J Harris info has also been previously dropped but again it doesn't hurt to drop it again using the Tea Party name, adds lots of credibility.

The precinct number is 550475, Al will have walking lists printed up and maps ready for you. If you can, pick up literature in advance and package it using rubber bands to save you time while working the precinct. Or we could meetup a few days before and package a bunch of info if anyone is interested.
